I learned from taking back my health: #9: I learned to overcome psychological barriers: if my goal was to run one mile, I started feeling tired at three-fourths of a mile. If I wanted to run three miles, I started getting tired at 2 and a half miles. If I felt like I couldn’t take ONE MORE STEP but saw my neighbors out on the porch, sudden burst of energy as I “sprinted by”! The untapped energy reserve we all have is powerful.
