Sharing the Top 25 things I learned from taking back my health. #3: Practice enlightened self care. My body at 67 is the same one I had at 3 months. I began to treat it as one would a child: To marvel at it. Embrace it. Respect it. Listen to it. Rest and rejuvenate it. Be kind to it. Love it.
