Sharing the Top 25 Things I learned from taking back my health:
#15: Do what you have to to break a bad habit. When I started smoking again, I bought a pack in the morning, smoked two, threw it out, bought a pack on the way home, smoked two, thew it out, same the next day and the next until I could quit for good. If I just HAD to have a Sendik’s cherry pie half, I had one piece and threw it in the garbage – smearing it around so I couldn’t pull it back out! Doing WHATEVER you have to until you don’t have to anymore works.
